Supervisor de Limpieza - Edificio de Condominio - Áreas Públicas.
Ubicación
: Zip Code - 33128.
Horario: 40 horas semanales, 6 días a la semana.
Pago: Semanal.

Responsabilidades:
  • Trabajar áreas asignadas del edificio.
  • Supervisar al personal de acuerdo con las obligaciones contractuales.
  • Trabajar con el Gerente de Operaciones de C&E, también el Gerente de Edificios y el Jefe de Mantenimiento.
  • Mantener el edificio en condiciones limpias, seguras y ordenadas.
  • Mantener la profesionalidad en un entorno residencial.

Requerimientos:
  • Experiencia en el cuidado de mármol, alfombras y vinilo.
  • Servicios de limpieza expertos.
  • Experiencia en operación de construcción de condominios, servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
