Job description


Department:      Business Services District Office
Reports to:        Budget Coordinator
Term:                 12 Month position 
Full Time:          40 hours per week 



Position Summary:  The Budget Specialist performs a variety of financial activities including processing, recording, updating and reconciling fiscal information; providing instructions, recommendations to other personnel; and analyzing expenditures against the budget.
Training and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of business school college or approved equivalent education.
  • Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Demonstrated Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
