The Manager acts as a leader within the walls of the brewpub to assist in meeting & exceeding our
Mission, Core Values, and Key Business Drivers. You'll be directing the daily operations of the
restaurant, ensuring compliance with Pinthouse standards in across areas of operation, guest
relations, inventory & team management, and growth of your team. The manager ensures that the
highest quality products and hospitality are delivered to each and every guest, making their
experience great!
Responsibilities:
โข Maintain a positive work culture through Focused Feedback and Recognition
โข Responsible for all guest and Pinthouse service issue resolutions while on shift
โข Responsible for all product and service given during shift
โข Be the "Host of the party" engaging guests and team members throughout the shift.
โข Facilitate all recruiting and hiring at the pub
โข Prepare and execute team member schedules, reviews and development for Area of
Responsibility
โข Maintain a thorough and detailed knowledge of the POS system and our best practices
โข Maintain, execute, sign-off, and audit shift S&P, DCL, write-ups, coaching logs, recruiting, and
keg checklists to 100% completion
โข Enter invoices properly and in a timely manner
โข Amend and lead pre-shift Huddles to disseminate important Pinthouse info
Qualifications
โข 3+ years of restaurant management experience
Brewpub experience is a plus!
โข Food Manager Certification
โข TABC Certification
โข Cicerone 1 Certification
