As the Breakfast Supervisor-Complimentary, you're the morning magic maker, leading your Breakfast Attendants to ensure every guest starts their day with a smile! Your mission: inspire your team to serve up top-notch hospitality with speed, courtesy, and an extra helping of cheer, making every breakfast an experience our guests will remember.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Hospitality Hero: Greet every guest and teammate with a warm smile and upbeat energy, making every moment delightful and memorable!
  • Training Trailblazer: Team up with the General Manager to coach and develop the food and beverage stars, ensuring everyone shines bright in service and skill!
  • Inventory Innovator: Assist in managing and maintaining food and beverage inventory levels, helping keep our supplies prepped and ready to serve up excellence!
  • Budget Buddy: Collaborate with the General Manager to keep our department on track with budget guidelines-because every great breakfast deserves smart planning!
  • Attendance All-Star: Show up with pride and reliability, flexing your schedule to meet the dynamic needs of our busy hotel and keeping the Aimbridge spirit alive every day!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience valued.
  • Strong communication and quick decision-making skills.
  • Effective under pressure and able to resolve concerns with guests and co-workers.
  • Comfortable working with financial data and basic math.
  • Maintains composure and objectivity in stressful situations.
