We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to implement and manage the QA/QC program in collaboration with the project team. The QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to resolve quality issues to the satisfaction of the client.
Position Location:
  • Greater Sacramento/Central Valley

Looking for Experience in following:
  • OSHPD-1/HCAI

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP) with support from the project management team
  • Establish and document quality control procedures
  • Initiate pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and project team members
  • Facilitate communication with subcontractors
  • Oversee subcontractors and work with site superintendent to verify that material deliveries comply with contract documents and approved submittals
  • Conduct and document daily project inspections
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP)
  • Manage material ID inspections
  • Quality control all subcontractor inspections prior to scheduling
  • Manage plan/constructability review to reduce quality and inspection
  • Collaborate with project team to align specifications and submittals
  • Own all aspects of quality control and documentation to ensure customer specifications are met to a code compliant build

Education and Experience Required:
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years on healthcare commercial projects
  • Relevant quality control certifications such as CQM, ICC, and/or OSHPD Class A or B.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Procore, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Full Time / Salary Range: $125k-$200k depending on experience
