Summary:
The Morning Cook will help prepare food efficiently, maintain a clean working environment, and work with the team to provide a positive guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Follow recipes and procedures to cook food to order, which could include vegetables and meat
  • Ensure food is safe and of good quality, and meets company and guest preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
  • Prepare special meals or substitute items
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • Maintain food logs
  • Monitor quality and quantity of food that is prepared
  • Communicate effectively with the chef, F&B service staff, and the rest of the team
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
  • Assist in the coordination of opening and closing of breakfast as well as line prep duties
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods time

Requirements
Qualifications:
