WHY GRAPEVINE?
At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency that drives meaningful impact across the entire customer journey by integrating media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Grapevine is New Engen's scalable solution that helps brands license high-performing third-party creator content quickly and easily. We use our network of 800+ creators to deliver ready-to-run content to leading DTC brands for their social ad campaigns.
We're a collaborative group of strategists, content creators, copywriters, editors, designers, account managers, and more who are all in on helping brands, and each other, thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Deliver Results
Work closely with Content Strategists and cross-functional teams to align on creative direction, performance insights, and campaign execution. Maintain consistent communication with brands through meetings and Slack to ensure alignment and momentum.
Bring New Ideas and Drive Innovation
Continuously explore new ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve performance and expand program impact. Contribute to evolving how Grapevine approaches social advertising by testing new concepts and sharing insights that move the business forward.
