Bringing together creative storytelling and analytical rigor, this role oversees teams that build brand equity, deepen customer loyalty, and optimize acquisition and retention.

  • Partner crossfunctionally (Retail, Wholesale, Digital, Merchandising, Finance) to unlock growth opportunities and drive integrated execution.

Budget Ownership & Investment Strategy

  • Own the full North America marketing investment strategy, dynamically allocating spend across the funnel to maximize commercial impact and long-term brand value.
  • Establish rigorous frameworks for budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
  • Lead forecasting and investment governance in partnership with Finance, ensuring disciplined, data-driven decision making.

  • Own endtoend demand generation across acquisition, conversion, and retention, with clear accountability for traffic, revenue, and customer growth.
  • Drive high-impact performance marketing strategies across all channels, continuously optimizing efficiency and scale.
  • Build and scale social commerce and creator ecosystems, unlocking new revenue streams and consumer engagement models.
  • Implement advanced measurement capabilities (MMM, MTA, experimentation frameworks) to inform investment decisions and accelerate growth.
  • Partner closely with CRM team to develop the North America lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize customer lifetime value, retention, and frequency.

Brand Leadership & Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Own regional brand equity, ensuring consistent, premium brand expression across all channels and markets.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, 360 campaigns that deliver both brand impact and commercial return.
  • Embed clienteling, social selling, and digital innovation into all brand initiatives to drive conversion alongside awareness.
  • Ensure flawless go-to-market execution across key product launches, seasonal moments, and cultural activations.

Consumer Insights, Data & Marketing Effectiveness

  • Champion a data-driven culture, leveraging insights to inform strategy, improve performance, and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Lead the evolution of KPI frameworks to include emerging channels (clienteling, social commerce) and full-funnel impact.
  • Embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organization: Plan Execute Learn Scale.

Agency & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Lead a best-in-class external ecosystem of agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Drive innovation through partnerships, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of marketing, media, and technology trends.
  • Ensure strong governance, clear accountability, and measurable impact across all external investments.
