Job Title: Brand Marketing Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director of Brand Marketing

Work: Onsite


Summary

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the Brand Manager is responsible for executing marketing plans that drive measurable growth across the Altus corporate brand and its regional brands. This role manages brand identity, campaign execution, marketing collateral development, and market-level performance in alignment with established KPIs. Core marketing sectors include:


  • B2C Hospital/ED Marketing
  • Digital Marketing (Website, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing)
  • Corporate & Employer Branding
  • Media Buy/Advertising
  • Internal Marketing & Communications
  • Market Research & Analytics Reporting
  • Reputation Management & Patient Experience

In addition, they will also provide project supervision on select assignments to marketing staff, interns, vendors and coordinators.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the brand portfolio for multiple regional brands to meet established KPIs
  • Manage and protect brand identity across all markets, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for corporate and regional brands that drive measurable results, ensure timely activation, maintain consistent brand presence, and achieve volume and conversion goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing materials and collateral (print, digital, OOH, event materials, sales tools, etc.) in partnership with creative agency partners, ensuring all assets are strategically aligned and on brand.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, SEO, and online reputation management.
  • Conduct competitive and local market analysis to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Execute product launches (e.g., community promotion, clinical relationship programs, health education initiatives) to meet corporate and regional goals.
  • Serve as primary marketing liaison for assigned facilities, regional operators, and corporate departments to ensure alignment and execution.

Operations & Reporting

  • Manage assigned marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and monthly financial reporting in collaboration with AP and agency partners.
  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Location & Schedule
  • This position is based in Houston, TX and is not remote/hybrid.
  • Standard schedule is Monday through Friday in an office setting.
  • Must be available for occasional evenings and extended hours to support facility visits, community events, launches, and other onsite initiatives.
  • Travel to assigned facilities as required.

Education and/or Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of marketing or brand management experience driving measurable results.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and community channels.
  • Experience managing agency partners and vendors to deliver strategically aligned creative and campaigns.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
