Job description

ABOUT CHANGING LIVES PRODUCTIONS:

Changing Lives Productions is the in-house video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, the #1 creator of scripted positive content online. With over 163 million followers and 45+ billion views across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, our videos receive more than 1 billion views each month.

We produce several hours of original content weekly with messages of compassion, kindness, and altruism that resonate with viewers of all ages. Our founding principle is simple but ambitious: We’re not just telling stories. We’re changing lives.

Launched in Fall 2025, Dhar Mann Studios’ Brand Partnerships division has seen an explosive rise, executing industry-shaping work for The NFL, Adobe, Netflix, and GAP. From managing a billion-person reach for Adobe to breaking engagement records for the NFL, we have established ourselves as the premier destination for high-impact storytelling.

BIG PICTURE:

Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a Head of Branded Integrations to build and scale a new revenue division connecting world-class brands with one of the largest scripted digital audiences in the world. Dhar Mann Studio has proven it can attract major brands now we need to scale and systematize. This is a ground-floor leadership role for a hands-on business builder who can take an early-stage branded integrations business and grow it into a tens-of-millions-of-dollars annual revenue engine.

The ideal candidate has deep senior-level relationships with brands, CMOs, agencies, and strategic partners; a proven track record closing seven figure partnerships; strong commercial instincts; and the operating discipline to build the systems, tools, products, pricing, workflows, and team required to make this business repeatable and scalable.

This role is not just about selling ideas or opening doors. It is about building a real business. You will own the go-to-market strategy, pipeline, brand relationships, deal structure, campaign development, internal approvals, execution oversight, reporting, renewals, and long-term growth roadmap for branded integrations.

You will also serve as the face of Dhar Mann Studios to brand partners and agencies, representing our mission to uplift audiences through positive, emotionally resonant, family-friendly storytelling.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build, not maintain. The right person will combine the relationship strength of a senior partnerships leader with the operating discipline of a GM. They will know how to sell the vision, close meaningful business, protect the brand, build the system, and scale the team responsibly.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Dhar Mann Studios’ branded integrations business
  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with brands, CMOs, agencies, holding companies, and strategic partners
  • Create brand integration products, sponsorship packages, pricing models, pitch materials, sales collateral, and case studies
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with clear stages, next steps, ownership, and forecasting
  • Close high-value brand partnerships, sponsorships, and integration deals
  • Partner with creative, production, social, analytics, finance, legal, talent, and leadership to ensure every deal is feasible, profitable, brand-safe, and executable
  • Develop custom campaign concepts that align with brand objectives while protecting Dhar Mann Studios’ creative voice and mission
  • Evaluate deal profitability, production complexity, margin, timing, and operational impact before commitments are made
  • Maintain CRM discipline, deal notes, contact ownership, follow-ups, approvals, and reporting
  • Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reporting, insights, and recommendations
  • Build repeatable systems for proposals, approvals, handoffs, execution, reporting, renewals, and partner communication
  • Drive renewal and repeat-business strategy with brand partners
  • Define the future org structure and hiring roadmap for the branded integrations division
  • Hire, manage, and develop a small high-impact team as the business scales
  • Represent Dhar Mann Studios externally with integrity, creativity, professionalism, and responsiveness

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Branded integrations grows into a significant, scalable, profitable revenue line
  • Clear revenue targets are created and consistently managed against
  • Pipeline is accurate, transparent, and supported by real next steps
  • 6+ figure brand partnerships are closed with strong economics
  • Campaigns are executed smoothly with minimal scope creep and strong internal alignment
  • Brand partners renew, expand, and refer new opportunities
  • CRM, forecasting, reporting, and deal approval processes are clean and current
  • Creative, production, finance, legal, analytics, and leadership trust the process
  • The business becomes repeatable and scalable, not dependent on one person’s memory, inbox, or relationships
  • A strong team and operating system are built as the business earns the right to scale

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, branded content, integrated sponsorships, creator partnerships, entertainment partnerships, media sales, or a closely related field
  • Proven track record closing seven figure brand, media, sponsorship, or partnership deals
  • Deep relationships with senior brand marketers, CMOs, agency leaders, and major partnership decision-makers
  • Experience building or scaling a new revenue line, business unit, or partnership function
  • Strong understanding of branded content, social video, creator-led media, campaign measurement, and brand safety
  • Strong commercial instincts around pricing, margin, cost drivers, production complexity, and deal profitability
  • Ability to create compelling and creative partnership concepts that serve both brand goals and audience experience
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and follow-through
  • High EQ and strong cross-functional leadership skills
  • Ability to work closely with creative, production, finance, legal, analytics, social, talent, and executive leadership
  • Strong CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting discipline
  • Reputation for integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, creativity, and delivery
  • Ability to operate under pressure while staying organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related field preferred

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

This role reports to the CEO and works closely with the Founder, Head of Production, creative leadership, social publishing, PR, analytics/data, finance, legal, talent/casting, external agency partners and other strategic partners.

This role requires strong peer leadership. You will need to influence teams that do not report to you by building trust, creating clarity, and following through.
