What You Bring to the Table - Must-Have Experience

  • 10+ years of multi-unit leadership in the QSR or hospitality industry

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large portfolios

  • Proven people leader with a heart for mentorship and accountability

  • Track record of scaling operations with integrity and care

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and track record

Where & How You'll Work

  • Multi-market regional oversight - must be able to travel both locally and long distances (including air and overnight travel), to worksites, meeting sites, and other locations

  • Full-time, flexible hours (some nights/weekends)

  • Must be able to report to work timely and as required by operational/business needs

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, submit to releasing a Motor Vehicle Record check that adheres to the Whataburger standards.

  • No conflicting business ownership interests

What It Takes, Physically

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to read (reports, e-mails, menu board, receipts, etc.)
