The Team And Role

A leader in sustainability, Logitech designs software-enabled hardware solutions in pursuit of our mission to extend human potential in work and play. Our Creative & Design team delivers award-winning design and creative excellence. This role is hybrid 2-3 days a week in our San Jose, CA office.

The Lead, Brand Management, reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Creative, is a strategically-minded brand leader with a breadth and depth of experiences across all facets of Brand including brand strategy, identity and standards, governance and global activation. You'll partner with Creative, Corporate Comms, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to build a cohesive and consistent brand across all touchpoints, across diverse products and audiences. This role leads with a strategic, audience-centric mindset, and collaborates with internal and external creative and marketing teams to deliver experiences that are instantly recognizable as distinctly Logitech.

In this role you will:

  • Brand Strategy & Architecture
    • Maintain and evolve brand strategy, architecture, and positioning for diverse audiences and portfolios.
    • Lead the creation of long-term brand strategy aligned with business objectives, while inspiring teams and stakeholders to rally around a unified brand vision.
  • Brand Standards and Systems
    • Develop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines (logo, voice, tone, visual identity) for internal and external use. Lead creative processes for foundational brand systems and guideline documentation. Ensure consistency across all digital, social, event, retail, packaging, and product channels.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with Creative, Corporate Communications, Legal, Marketing, Commercial, and other key stakeholders to deliver brand initiatives and campaigns.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners to uphold brand standards. Build guidelines and training materials for consistent onboarding.
  • Brand Standards and Governance
    • Establish and maintain processes for compliance with brand standards across teams, business groups and regions.
    • Work with cross-functional partners to enable a 'one brand' experience; track and report brand adherence, recommending process, workflow and corrective actions as needed.
  • Brand Training & Enablement
    • Design and deliver education/training for employees and external partners for our brand strategy, architecture and guidelines.
    • Champion, coach, and reinforce the proper and consistent use of the Logitech brand through monthly 'Brand Forum' sessions and education.
  • Brand & Creative Partnerships
    • Foster collaborative partnerships with brand and creative leadership team, working closely with designers, creative strategy and creative studio .
    • Support creative development processes for foundational campaigns, launches, and activations, ensuring all activation is aligned with brand standards, and adjusting guidelines for evolving landscape where relevant.
  • Legal & Compliance Partnership
    • Work closely with Legal to ensure compliance with brand claims and responsible AI use, monitoring the competitive landscape to ensure innovation and compliance with recent policies and country-specific laws.
    • Proactively address risks related to trademarks, copyrights, and messaging.
  • Innovation & Brand Evolution
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Use data to make informed recommendations and decisions for brand strategy, activation and guidelines.
    • Develop recommendations for brand evolution to keep Logitech leading and relevant.

Key Qualifications:

To be considered for this position you demonstrate:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management or leadership within complex, global organizations in both B2C and B2B.
  • Proven record of delivering high-impact brand strategy and standards for global brands, and experience with complex portfolios and diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in brand architecture, messaging, and positioning, with the ability to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital, experiential, and traditional brand channels, and how to build and maintain distinctive brand assets, as well as deep understanding of creative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams across time zones and cultures.
  • High emotional intelligence and a passion for mentorship and team development.
  • Be in office 2-3 days/week at our San Jose location.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 129,100 - 180,000, depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
