Role Summary
The Brand Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth within an assigned portfolio of distributor and salon partners by increasing product adoption, strengthening relationships, and expanding new business opportunities. This role focuses on new salon acquisition, account development, and category expansion, while partnering closely with the Business Development Manager to strengthen sales capability across distributor teams, support territory growth, and ensure long-term mutual success.

Additionally, this role plays a critical part in enabling distributor success by equipping Distributor Sales Consultants and tore teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to acquire, retain, and grow Keune business in the market.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Partner with Distributor Sales Consultants in the field to build selling capability, identify opportunities, and drive Keune growth across the territory
โ€ข Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and in-market partnership with Distributor Sales Consultants
โ€ข Manage and develop a portfolio of salon accounts, focusing on growth, engagement, and expanded brand adoption within the territory,
โ€ข Support onboarding and activation of new accounts by leveraging education, rewards programs, and brand tools (including the Brand Portal) to drive strong adoption and early success
โ€ข Increase product penetration through category expansion and strategic recommendations aligned to salon business needs
โ€ข Conduct regular in-salon visits and business reviews to evaluate account health, identify growth opportunities, and support distributor partners in Keune retention efforts
โ€ข Drive success of new product launches & sales initiatives.
โ€ข Support education initiatives by coordinating with Education team for training and events
โ€ข Leverage education initiatives as a tool to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term account growth in partnership with the Education team
โ€ข In partnership with distributor sales consultants, encourage execution of promotions, merchandising, and product launch initiatives within accounts
โ€ข Monitor salon account health: add value where applicable, identify risks, and proactively address retention issues and/or escalate them.
โ€ข Maintain accurate CRM records, account notes, and sales activity
โ€ข Track and manage activity, opportunities, and outcomes within CRM systems to support business growth and visibility.
โ€ข Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs, trends, and opportunities
โ€ข Identify market trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, providing insights to support territory strategy and decision-making
โ€ข Facilitate sales meeting presentations, salon presentations, team calls and training as aligned and agreed upon by BDM.
