They are responsible for building relationships and promoting our brand in our community.

Role description

Your mission is to promote the brand, vision and products of Chick-fil-A. You will be responsible for the events, promotion, team member care and community involvement of Chick-fil-A New Bern. Our goal is to create remarkable experiences for our guests through social media and in-restaurant engagement and further grow the business by creating brand loyalty with guests and team members.

Role Responsibilities

  • Social Media
  • Schedule weekly content for Social Media outlets (Facebook and Instagram) that will engage, promote interaction among guests and also promote our brand and products.
  • Come up with original content and stay on top of our monthly calendar so that it’s relevant to our restaurant and our guests.
  • Learn and implement changing trends to maximize local reach
  • Respond to comments, messages and posts and keep our pages interactive and up-to-date. 
  • We may also receive complaints or special requests and will direct them accordingly.
  • Community Involvement
  • Point person for any outside events to engage and connect with those in our local community
  • Create and foster relationships with potential partnership opportunities within businesses, schools, hospitals etc.
  • Blitzing the community with food distribution/promotional materials to promote catering, events, hiring, giveaways etc. in a strategic manner
