YOU WILL BE:

The Corporate Brand Experience Manager is responsible for supporting all branding and marketing activities in Brand Experience for Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. In addition to partnership and leadership with store Brand Experience teams and Regional Directors, this role owns daily administrative tasks for the support center Brand Experience department including submitting forms, tracking sales and reporting sales through WRIKE, updating calendars, and organizing project files. They also lead Corporate Brand initiatives and events as delegated by the VP of Brand Marketing and Experience

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Works with VP Brand Marketing and Experience and Regional Directors to update calendars, Events 360 and other agendas and planning documents for Exemplar Luxury Group

  • Contributes creative ideas to enhance the brand experience for customers

  • Serves as an integral team member in assisting the Regional Directors of Brand Experience, VP Brand Marketing and Experience and other members of the Exemplar Luxury Group team in execution and planning

  • Assists with capability to execute fashion presentations in addition to in store and corporate events

  • Manages the tracking of sales for trunk shows and all other event sales in Wrike in partnership with team

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with buyers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative, revenue-driving experiences.

  • Oversees event operations, including contract management, vendor coordination, and project tracking to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  • Own the creation of impactful presentations and communications for leadership to ensure alignment across corporate, regional, and store teams.

  • Champion process improvements and quality standards to enhance event planning and execution across the organization.

  • Researches and shares new resources for projects

  • Ensures accuracy for current project files, oversees information needed for projects and maintains decks for presentations

  • Serves as a support for Stores for on-site event production when needed

  • Direct cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Private Client Relations, and Regional Directors to design and deliver result-driven events.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (e.g., events, customer service)

  • 4-year degree preferred

  • Experience presenting at the executive level

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Motivated and results-driven

  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • "Win together" mentality

  • Basic proficiency with social media

  • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word

  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
