Job Summary: The production workers are involved in various tasks related to assembling, manufacturing, or packaging products in a factory or production environment.

What you'll do:

  • Perform physical work in a manufacturing setting.
  • Assemble goods on a production line.
  • Monitor the production process for any issues or malfunctions.
  • Ensure consistent speed and accuracy on the production line, making sure the production daily goal is met.
  • Maintain waste and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
  • Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Must effectively work and communicate with other team members to provide products and services of the highest quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform highly detailed and repetitive work.

Working Conditions: Full-time position Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas. This position may require work 8 to 10 hours in a manufacturing setting. Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures and loud noises, typical of a manufacturing plant. May be required to work overtime or on weekends, depending on the needs of the production schedule.
