Shift: Day Shift (4 a.m. until done)

Schedule: Monday-Friday.

Compensation: $18 per hour with additional earning potential via performance bonuses.


What You'll Do:

As a Receiving Team Member, you'll be essential to our operations, working with your team to:

  • Receive deliveries and efficiently break down and sort pallets.
  • Stock shelves, ensuring products are rotated and organized, and fill bulk orders.
  • Maintain the stocking area, including tags and location stickers, for optimal organization.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Partner with the warehouse team and follow the supervisor's directions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Safely and competently operate a forklift, including all required technology, and any other materials handling equipment in the warehouse.
  • Perform all tasks safely, to the best of your ability, and in a timely manner.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Forklift experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate on equipment.
  • Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Understand and follow warehouse practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  • Physically able to access all areas of the warehouse and perform essential duties.
  • Open to receiving on-the-job training from supervisory personnel.
  • Must be able to report to work on time and be ready to work, as well as be available for overtime when requested.

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands of the Role:

This role involves consistent physical activity in a distribution environment. You should be comfortable with:

  • Lifting and transporting a minimum of 30 lbs. consistently and up to 70 lbs. intermittently.
  • Stooping, twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching at, below, or above the shoulder.
  • Walking and standing on concrete floors for up to 12 hours daily.
  • Maintaining performance in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established quotas and standards.
  • Tolerating temperatures ranging from (-) 10 degrees in the freezer to 115 degrees in a semi-trailer.
