Description:

The Receiving Team Member is responsible for the unloading, picking, verification and processing of all materials destined for inventory or our Production department by utilizing RF scanners, computer systems and powered industrial trucks.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Receiving and Picking Accuracy & Productivity:

· Utilize powered equipment to safely and efficiently count, pull, locate, load, unload or transport product throughout the facility.

· Utilize RF scanners to efficiently pick items (lines) on orders maintaining productivity requirements while also maintaining picking accuracy numbers.

· Utilize computer systems and RF scanners to accurately receive and locate inbound items maintaining accuracy numbers.

ISO Compliance:

· Focus on quality ensuring the accuracy of the tasks performed by following ISO processes.


Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· High School graduate or GED equivalent required.

· 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution center preferred.

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must be able to lift to 70 lbs. with reasonable accommodation

· Must not be afraid of heights

· Must achieve powered equipment certification

· Ability to work independently


OTHER INFORMATION

· Position is hourly wage (non-exempt)

· 1st shift is Monday through Friday from 7am - 3:30pm

· Work is performed in a non-controlled temperature environment

· Warehouse noise is emitted from forklifts and powered conveyor systems

· SGI is a smoke free environment
