Job description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Receiver to join our cross-functional retail team. This role combines essential warehouse receiving duties with frequent direct customer service, ideal for candidates who enjoy working actively with inventory and assisting customers in a fast-paced retail environment. The Store Receiver will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting store operations while providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies
  • Receive inventory into the proprietary inventory system
  • Organize and stock merchandise in appropriate locations
  • Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Keep receiving and warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Help customers locate products and answer questions
  • Operate cash registers and process customer transactions when needed
  • Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising, and store appearance
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
