What Will You Do?

  • Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving product

  • Works with leads, coordinators, painter and warehouse dept.

  • Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department

  • Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move product to and from boxing to warehouse

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures under a manufacturing setting

  • Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting

  • Comply with all CHART policies and procedures

  • Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department

  • Ensure all products have proper identification

  • Use of power tools and Bondo filler to work on touch ups as needed

  • Balancing blade product per engineering specifications

  • Performs other tasks as assigned

  • Keep up with production demand to maintain minimum stock levels of product

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

  • Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.

  • Indoor working conditions

  • Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds

  • Able to stand for long periods of time

  • PPE must be worn at all times

  • Able to work overtime as required

Your Experience Should Be...

High School Education or Equivalent

3-month manufacturing setting, fast paced environment or construction experience

Manual Dexterity required for operating machinery
