Shift: Night Shift
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hr DOE
Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr
Effective Night Shift Rate: $22.00–$27.00/hr

Job Summary:
Apache Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their manufacturing team in Conroe, TX. Operators will be responsible for setting up and operating various metal fabrication machinery used in the production of electrical/control panels and related components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate press brake, shear, and punch press equipment.
  • Set up machines according to production requirements and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
  • Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
