Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery used to manufacture spiral metal tubing while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.


Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance to maintain continuous workflow.
  • Complete daily production schedules and meet production goals.
  • Perform machine set-ups and changeovers as needed.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine or production issues.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Produce stainless steel and aluminum tubing according to quality standards.
  • Report daily production results and communicate equipment concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.


Requirements

  • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and preventative maintenance experience.
  • Ability to operate multiple production machines during the shift.
  • Ability to work with stainless steel and aluminum materials.
