Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in McAllen, TX. Our facility specializes in the production of mesh bags used in agricultural and industrial applications. Machine Operators are responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining a safe work environment, and meeting daily production goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines used to produce mesh bags.
  • Set up machines and make minor adjustments to maintain efficient production.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any machine issues or defects.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Work Schedule

Employees must be available to rotate between all shifts based on production needs:

  • Shift 1: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Shift 2: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Shift 3: 11:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Availability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is a condition of employment.
