Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Rate: $11.25 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Hiring for 1st and 2nd Shifts

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing company. This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience operating presses, drill presses, plastic molding machines, and other manufacturing machinery. The right candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines, including presses, drill presses, and plastic molding equipment

  • Maintain production quality standards by inspecting parts and making adjustments as needed

  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment

  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs

  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

  • Must pass a background check

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
