Key Responsibilities
  • Become well-versed in state practice acts and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing physical therapy practices.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on functional limitations arising from orthopedic conditions.
  • Perform detailed assessments, interpret evaluation results, and create treatment protocols, demonstrating proficiency in implementing interventions based on clinical findings.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, consulting other healthcare professionals when necessary to review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting each step of the treatment process, from initial evaluations to discharge summaries, while ensuring timely submission of documentation for billing.
  • Assist with discharge planning, ensuring that patients have a follow-up care plan that enhances their recovery post-therapy.
  • Engage in professional development by attending facility meetings and participating in training sessions to remain compliant with industry standards.
  • Advocate for patients by identifying and addressing barriers to accessibility, actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Boost Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing chronic pain, and patients with sports-related injuries. Qualifications
