Boost Energy Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This position is based in our vibrant outpatient office in Torrance, California, where our team operates in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes other physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and administrative staff, all dedicated to providing exceptional care. As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments of patients, including evaluating their medical history, current physical condition, functional limitations, and personal goals.
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, addressing specific patient needs and functional objectives.
• Engaging with patients to demystify the treatment process and facilitate their agreement and commitment to the proposed plan of care.
• Administering treatments through a combination of education, customized exercise prescriptions, and advanced manual therapy techniques.
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans in real time to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient care, treatment sessions, and clinical findings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Our diverse patient population includes athletes, active adults, and older adults, each requiring tailored interventions to restore function and enhance quality of life.

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions relating to your licensure.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, ensuring effective and patient-specific treatment interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement exercise regimens tailored to varying levels of patient fitness and rehabilitation status.
