This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Bonita Springs. You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours within a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with modern therapy equipment and resources that support effective rehabilitation strategies.

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities through assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual rehabilitation needs.
• Employ a variety of treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of advanced therapeutic modalities to enhance pain management and mobility.
• Regularly document patients' progress, responses to treatment, and outcomes to inform ongoing treatment strategies and assist with re-evaluation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care, fostering an integrated path to recovery.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families about treatment protocols and best practices for ongoing care and the use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field through workshops, seminars, and continuing education, maintaining state-of-the-art clinical proficiency.

As a Physical Therapist at Self-Boost Love, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Our commitment is to treat each patient as an individual, tailoring care plans that align with their personal needs and therapy goals.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in adjusting to various patient needs and care environments.

• While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, we welcome new graduates who display a strong commitment to patient care and continuous learning.
• Experience in home health care settings is an asset but not mandatory.
