The position is conducted on-site within our patients’ homes, offering a unique opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships in comfortable and familiar environments. • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or various medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practice.
• Implement a diverse range of treatment methods including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Maintain detailed records of patient evaluations, treatments, responses, and progress towards rehabilitation goals to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment goals and plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and support their daily activities.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on effective therapeutic strategies, and coach them on appropriate physical therapy procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, reading current literature, and networking to stay updated with industry advancements.

Our patients encompass a wide demographic, including children, adults, and seniors, each facing distinct challenges stemming from injuries, chronic illnesses, or surgical recovery. As a Physical Therapist at Self-Boost Love, you will engage with a diverse client base, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Your goal will be to empower them through tailored therapeutic exercises and pain management strategies to help them achieve their maximum potential for independence and functionality.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records.
• Highly adaptable with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred, new graduates from accredited programs are welcome to apply as we provide mentorship opportunities.
• Experience in home care settings or working with geriatric populations would be an asset.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being both personally and professionally.
