Your role will primarily take place onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Arlington, Virginia. The facility is equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and tools that enable effective treatment strategies for diverse orthopedic conditions. • Evaluate patient conditions by reviewing their medical histories, conducting thorough assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based protocols.
• Implement treatment strategies to maximize patient recovery, utilizing methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities appropriate for each patient's needs.
• Document and track patient progress accurately, including writing clear and detailed daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge plans that align with organizational standards.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to adapt treatment protocols as patient conditions evolve, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Engage in discharge planning and follow-up care, providing patients with the necessary resources and instructions to maintain their rehabilitation success post-treatment.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations, ensuring continuous quality improvement in our clinical practices.

At Boost Therapy Center, we cater to a diverse array of orthopedic patients, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. You will work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate various physical challenges related to musculoskeletal disorders. Your role is instrumental in enhancing their recovery journey and restoring mobility and functionality through specialized therapeutic interventions.

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic setting, allowing for adept handling of complex cases. Experience with specific therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies will be advantageous.
