The successful Physical Therapist will work in a supportive and collaborative rehabilitation facility located in Herndon, Virginia. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions, to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in implementing individualized treatment protocols derived from evaluation findings, adapting techniques based on patients' progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including clear and legible daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and comprehensive discharge evaluations that encapsulate the patient's care continuum.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to devise comprehensive care solutions, recognizing changes in patient conditions and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their family members about therapy interventions, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation expectations, fostering a collaborative recovery process.
• Participate actively in facility meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing staff knowledge and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks related to patient care, including insurance documentation and billing, in a manner consistent with the evolving healthcare landscape.

The primary focus of this role is to cater to diverse orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Boost Therapy Center, you will work closely with each patient to establish achievable goals and motivate them towards successful rehabilitation outcomes, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Virginia is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, particularly within an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans effectively.
• Experience in collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment programs.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, employees are entitled to an extensive benefits package that includes:
