This position is based in our modern outpatient office in Citrus Heights, a thriving community in California. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and equipment, enabling our professionals to deliver effective treatment strategies. You will work within a collaborative team atmosphere, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate each patient’s medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
• Create individualized plans of care based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based practices to enhance recovery.
• Engage patients in understanding their treatment plan, fostering empowerment and commitment to their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including education, manual therapy techniques, and progressive exercise regimens tailored to each patient's needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to encourage continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatments, progress notes, and any modifications to the patient’s care plan.

Our care primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgery rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Boost Energy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain functional mobility and achieve personal wellness goals through skilled intervention and compassionate guidance.

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record, with no disciplinary actions or board violations against licensure.
• Minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, showcasing skills in therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in developing and conducting individualized exercise regimens tailored to varying levels of patient capability and recovery goals.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
