Boost Energy Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Salinas, California. The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Salinas, California. Here, you will collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals dedicated to creating a cohesive and supportive treatment environment. Operating primarily during regular business hours, our working schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced lifestyle for our staff.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments that evaluate the patient’s condition, medical history, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Design customized care plans based on detailed assessments, employing evidence-based practices to address each patient's unique needs.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing education that enhances their understanding of the therapy process and encourages adherence to the treatment plan.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including progressive exercise prescriptions and manual therapy, to facilitate recovery and improve physical function.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring efficient and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities and treatment outcomes following regulatory requirements.

We serve a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma, and chronic pain conditions. Our clinic emphasizes personalized and compassionate care, ensuring that every patient feels valued and respected throughout their rehabilitation process.

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• Impeccable professional record with no history of board actions or disciplinary actions against the license.
• A minimum of three years of experience specifically focused on orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in developing and implementing exercise regimens.

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic settings preferred, as well as familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive patient outcomes and fostering patient connection through effective communication.

Boost Energy Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
