• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, considering their medical history, functional limitations, and personal goals to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create individualized care plans based on your thorough evaluation, focusing on patient-specific rehabilitation needs.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey, using clear communication to help them understand their conditions and treatment objectives.
• Deliver hands-on treatment utilizing manual therapy techniques, educational sessions, and tailored exercise regimens to optimize recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure alignment with evolving needs.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients dealing with a range of conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Our patient population is varied, allowing you to apply a wide array of treatment techniques and expand your clinical expertise. Emphasizing patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans is crucial, as we prioritize enhancing their quality of life.

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Maintain an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean record and no board actions against your license.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience specifically in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience in outpatient settings, with a focus on orthopedic care.
• Familiarity with utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior therapists or interns is a plus.
