You'll work with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout the day, while managing emails, phone calls, data entry, and time-sensitive deadlines.

If you're organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with computers, this could be a great fit for you.

What You'll Do
  • Process public notices and advertisements, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Work directly with customers and sales representatives to answer questions and coordinate notice placement
  • Manage daily emails, phone calls, reports, proofs, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Enter information into multiple computer systems and maintain accurate records

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Professional customer service and phone skills
  • Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently

Previous office, administrative, customer service, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you on our systems and processes. Notary experience is also not required—we can assist with becoming a notary if needed.

Why Join Us?

You'll receive hands-on training and join a supportive team where your organization and attention to detail make a direct impact every day.

We offer Health, Dental and Vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off, and more.

If you're someone who likes staying organized, helping people, and making sure the details are handled correctly, we'd love to hear from you.

The hourly rate for this role will range between $15.00 and $16.00. Variable incentive compensation, including commissions, is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
