  • Demonstrated history working autonomously within an accountability-driven, fast-paced corporate business environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related business field.
  • Substantial background in construction bookkeeping, including job costing, lien waivers, and subcontractor compliance management.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data points and navigate tight, vendor-facing timelines with total composure.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fully funded 401(k) retirement savings program backed by an employer matching framework.
  • Comprehensive healthcare options including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance policies.
  • Paid time off program covering standard annual holidays, vacation days, and sick leave.
  • Professional growth tracks featuring specialized technical certifications, mentorship training, and skill development.
