a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

Job Description

Evaluate effectiveness of the Aparecio Foundation in the following areas: recruiting, fundraising, community partnerships, training, marketing business strategy, and compliance.

Work with other Board Directors to enhance each of the above areas.

Provide assistance to raise the success of each of the above areas.

Coordinate efforts between the above areas to produce success of the foundation.

Motivate and encourage volunteers.

Provide direction and instruction to volunteers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least two to four years of experience working with nonprofit organizations.

At least two years of experience in leadership and management of people in a professional setting.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to motivate others and provide encouragement.

Passion for women's education and economic opportunities.
