Position: Business Development Directorย

Salary Range: $100,000-$200,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategicย Business Development Directorย to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue expansion within theย biotechnology industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will have aย strong background in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals, along with expertise inย strategic partnerships, licensing, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Lead full business cycles, including market entry, product expansion, and transformation during decline phases.
    • Implement pricing strategies, optimize channel mix, and allocate resources to balance short-term profitability with long-term growth.

  • 2. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
