Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Executive Support, Collaboration Platforms, and Unified Communications Services (UCS). This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, "white-glove" experience for executives, ensuring reliability of collaboration tools, and driving operational excellence across enterprise communication services. This role is based in our Denver office, and will require being in the office full time, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Executive/VIP support with high-touch service, rapid incident response, and meeting/event readiness

  • Own collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, conferencing tools) including reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement

  • Manage Unified Communications Services including voice, video, conferencing, and meeting room technologies

  • Drive AI, automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce ServiceDesk dependency and improve user experience

  • Establish operational metrics (SLA/SLO, MTTR, CSAT) and lead incident, problem, and change management practices

  • Partner with Security, Network, and Compliance teams to ensure governance and reliability

  • Lead vendor management, and roadmap execution for workplace technologies

  • Build and develop a high-performing team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT operations, workplace technology, or collaboration/UC services

  • Minimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience

  • Experience supporting executives/VIP users

  • Strong background in collaboration platforms and/or unified communications

  • Experience with automation, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and ITIL practices preferred

Estimated base salary range: $106,500 - $163,900 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.


Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
