Job Summary of the Data Entry Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks a Data Entry Specialist to lead a critical part in ensuring proper billing, cost control, and project documentation.
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist position
Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from across departments (project management, time-and-material tickets, equipment tracking, etc.).
Accurately log labor & materials tickets into excel
Review contracts for completeness and accuracy.
Verify labor hours, equipment usage, and material quantities against supporting documentation
Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers, and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized digital and physical records of labor & material tickets
Ensure timely processing of tickets to meet billing deadlines
Assist with job cost tracking and reporting as needed
Follow company procedures and confidentiality standards
Requirements of the Data Entry Specialist position
Previous data entry or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Construction experience (labor, equipment, materials) is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, contract analysis and data entry systems
Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
