Job description

Olathe Ford Sales, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven and customer-friendly Fleet Billing Clerk to support our team, with a strong focus on fleet customers, rebates, and invoice processing. This role is ideal for someone who combines accuracy and organization with a personable, professional presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, review, and verify invoices for rebate eligibility and accuracy
  • Substantiate and clearly document adjustments
  • Ensure transactions comply with internal policies and procedures
  • Compile and track amounts owed to customers
  • Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and processing
  • Prepare interest statements and related documentation
  • Maintain organized, accurate customer files (digital and physical)
  • Manage filing systems so that information is easy to access
  • Answer phones and serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact for customers
  • Build positive working relationships with fleet customers and internal staff

SKILLS:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Accurate typing and 10-key data entry skills
  • Prior knowledge of rebates and/or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:
