The Billing Associate is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing for client customers. Secondarily, the Billing Associate will be responsible for executing certain commercial processes related to this, including (but not limited to) organizing and issuing rebates, royalties, and credit memos associated with invoicing activities and volumes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Use PowerBI routinely to pull reports and manage/monitor billable jobs for the US market.

  • Create sales orders using SAP and issue billing and invoicing for US genetics products.

  • Process any special sales orders and ensure that all orders fall within existing pricing, promotional and/or policy parameters established by the business.

  • Manage royalties and rebates aligned with any contract and price memo terms.

  • Rectify customer billing and pricing issues by issuing credit memos, communicating updates appropriately across functions, and maintaining all appropriate documentation.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of successful experience in business operations and use of enterprise business systems (SAP, PowerBI) with demonstrated ability to carry out tasks proficiently, accurately, and timely

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel

  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication

  • Detail orientation with comfort managing data and documentation

  • Customer-service mindset with collaborative approach

  • Comfortable working productively in a dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and work as constructive team member.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
