Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Create customer specific invoices within internal systems; monitor and make changes for special and varied billing arrangements
  • Independently and timely communicate with customers and Sales Team to effectively assist and resolve issues
  • Meet strict daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
  • Promptly communicate issues, concerns, or discrepancies to the Billing manager and sales team members to support timely resolution
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned
  • The standard hours for this position are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There may be flexibility for a later start time of 8:30 or 9:00 a.m., with a corresponding adjustment to the end of the workday
  • This position may also require participation in a rotating holiday coverage schedule

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
