What You'll Do:
  • Prepare, review, and process customer invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual requirements.
  • Generate and maintain Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and commercial invoices.
  • Support monthly billing goals by accurately processing high volumes of invoice transactions.
  • Maintain billing records and financial system data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Monitor invoice status and assist with reducing billing cycle times and improving collections.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Validate billing information and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and invoice issues.

What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance, accounting, government contract administration, or related financial operations.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting audit requirements, financial compliance, or internal controls.
