Job description

This is a position for a Transportation company that operates out of Northern Arizona on the Navajo Nation. The position we are looking to fill is one of a Dispatcher and assistant to biller.

The dispatch position responsibilities will entail making calls to confirm appointments, speaking to drivers and clients about trip information. The assist to billing will entail naming of files and data entry.

programs that you will be working with are

- Google Drive Excel sheets

- Vehicle GPS trackers

- Authorization sites for clients eligibility

- Messaging sites to communicate with drivers

Familiarity with Northern Arizona is not necessary just a learning attitude and training will be provided.

if looking to apply we are also considering how close you live to the main office at near 40th St. and McDowell rd.

This position is for a Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm with a 1 hour mandatory lunch break.

This job is on a bi weekly pay schedule.
