- Education - High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience - One year experience in a similar position displaying a wide variety of skills, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, small engine mechanics, landscaping, and custodial.
- First Aid/CPR Certified.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and extensive background check.
