ย ย  ย Support team with conflict resolution on aging accounts and help formulate collection strategies
ย ย  ย Assist with establishing targets for key metrics and effectively support the team to meet or exceed these targets
ย ย  ย Develop business relationships with internal and external customers to secure their support in minimizing financial risks and facilitate dispute resolution

Critical Qualifications

ย ย  ย Degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, or CPA Accounting designation (or in the process of completing designation)
ย ย  ย 3+ years' experience working in a collections environment managing a group of 10+ employees
ย ย  ย Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
ย ย  ย Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills) and ability to influence stakeholders
ย ย  ย Analytical and problem solving skills
