Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your local and international sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated bilingual sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language, Spanish preferred
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years' of real estate sales experience or similar sales/customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
