Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Intake Coordinators, helping coordinate inhome provider care for clients in our community through our PAS (Personal Assistance Services) and PHC (Primary Home Care) programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and caseworkers
  • Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility for services
  • Support communication with 211, Maximus, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
  • Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentation
  • Manage high call volumes and conduct timely followups
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services
  • Basic understanding of managed care organizations
  • Previous professional work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage highvolume calls and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

  • Associate degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting
