Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Legacy Home Health Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bilingual Intake Coordinators, helping coordinate in-home provider care for clients in our community through our PAS (Personal Assistance Services) and PHC (Primary Home Care) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, doctors, and caseworkers
  • Receive incoming referrals and verify eligibility for services
  • Support communication with 2-1-1, Maximus, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
  • Assist with home visits and help clients feel comfortable with required documentation
  • Manage high call volumes and conduct timely follow-ups
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
  • Experience with insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services
  • Basic understanding of managed care organizations
  • Previous professional work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Preferred
  • Associate degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting
