Orthodontic Front Office Coordinator:
  • Family Orthodontics - Cumming, GA.
  • Schedule: Monday-Wednesday | 7:15 AM-4:30 PM.
  • Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Position Summary:
Family Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to support daily front office operations and provide an excellent experience for our patients and families.
Responsibilities:
  • Check patients in and out.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients.
  • Collect and post patient payments.
  • Verify insurance benefits and update patient information.
  • Review patient accounts and communicate financial responsibilities.
  • Maintain productive schedules and fill cancellations.
  • Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Support the front office team with daily administrative duties.
