Kwon Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our pediatric dental team. This role is perfect for a patient-focused professional who enjoys working with families and children in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  • Verify insurance and collect payments.
  • Answer phones and handle front office communications.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
