We are seeking to hire a multi-tasking and customer-focused. front desk specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front office and call center duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice. Previous experience in an OBGYN office is needed.
The candidate will Excel in welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and managing administrative tasks. Also the candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and prioritize patient satisfaction. Experience in electronic health records and insurance verification is expected.
Experience with handling a large volume of phone calls is needed. They include making appointments and taking messages for the doctors.
We understand the importance of finding a team member who is compassionate, detail-oriented, reliable and can multi-task.

Requirements:
