We are a busy, highly patient-centered OB-GYN private practice seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk & Clinical Support Coordinator. This is an elevated, high-touch patient-facing role for someone who is warm, polished, highly organized, clinically aware, and excellent at helping patients feel cared for.
Unlike many medical offices, we make every effort during business hours to have a real person answer the phone rather than sending patients through a complicated phone tree or directly to voicemail. The person in this role is often the first voice a patient hears and the first face they see, so we are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, reliability, and judgment.
This is not a passive front desk position. This person helps serve as the friendly, capable “command center” of the office — answering live patient calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, routing clinical questions appropriately, entering lab/order-related tasks as directed, managing patient messages, and helping the rest of the team keep the day running smoothly.
The ideal candidate may come from an OB-GYN office, fertility clinic, women’s health practice, medical assistant role, surgical scheduling role, dermatology office, concierge medicine practice, high-quality private medical office, or other polished patient-centered healthcare setting.
We pay above typical medical front desk compensation because we are looking for an unusually strong person for this role.
