Position Overview:

As a Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing existing supervisors and coordinating various aspects of our operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of our strategic practice goals as well as leading and motivating your team and guiding them toward meeting their short and long term goals, outlining practice expectations and holding team members accountable for achieving and exceeding them.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure they align with company standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a busy medical office managerial role is required. Previous experience managing an ophthalmology practice office would be preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with an emphasis on holding team accountable for their position requirements and goals.
