Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all patient information, chief complaint, and history in EMR documentation is complete and accurate
- Performs testing required
- Strong refraction capabilities
- Administer drops/medications
- Provide eye care and contact lens information
- Maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments
- Ordering and stocking supplies/medications
- Assist the ophthalmologist in basic procedures
Qualifications:
โ Ability to refract and perform work accurately and thoroughly with attention to all details
- Communication โ Ability to write clearly and concisely using good grammar and spelling.
- Essential Job Functions โ Ability to perform ophthalmic testing and refractions
- COA/COT preferred or experienced ophthalmic technician

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
