Job description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Clayton Services is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will begin in the call center for training and customer support before transitioning to the front payment center, assisting customers with payments, account inquiries, issue resolution, and eventually explaining contracts and obtaining signatures (no sales).

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus OT Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • 8:45 AM – 8:00 PM on weekdays when scheduled
  • 9:45 AM – Close (around 8:00 PM) on weekends when scheduled
  • Weekend and holiday availability required (rotating schedule)

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures when handling customer inquiries
  • Begin in the call center for training before moving to the front payment center
  • Assist customers with payments, account questions, complaints, and issue resolution
  • Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM/database
  • Provide professional, high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Learn to explain contracts to customers and obtain required signatures (non-sales role)
  • Travel between company Gulf and South Houston locations once fully trained
  • Attend training sessions to improve product, system, and performance knowledge
  • Work closely with team members to support daily operational flow
  • Other duties as assigned

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Skills and Abilities:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics or quotas preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
  • Must be able to commute to South Houston in the future (3–6 months after hire)

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Additional Compensation:

  • $15 travel pay when traveling between locations (paid through payroll)
  • $50 bonus for working either Saturday or Sunday once hired permanently
  • Tiered weekend incentive bonuses available as experience and cross-training increase
